摘要
设计并合成了基于4-氨基吖啶酮和吲哚的小分子荧光探针4-(((1H-吲哚-3)苄基)氨基)吖啶-9(10H)-酮(AAY),结构经过氢谱和碳谱确认。通过实验和理论模拟研究了该化合物的性能,结果表明,在水的缓冲溶液中(pH 2.2~12.2),AAY能够专一识别Co^(2+),具有较强的抗干扰能力,AAY与Co^(2+)的配位比为1:1,检出限为29.1 nmol/L。
Based on our previous studies,the small molecular fluorescent probe 4-((( 1H-indol-3-yl)methylene) amino) acridin-9( 10H)-one( AAY) was further designed and synthesized. The structure was confirmed by 1^ H NMR and 13^ C NMR. The properties of AAY were studies through a series of experiments and theoretical modeling. The results showed that the AAY could selectively recognize Co-^2+in aqueous solution( pH 2. 2-12. 2) with stronger anti-interference ability. The coordination ratio is 1: 1. The detection limit was 1. 8 nmol/L.
