摘要
建立了同时测定水中丙烯酰胺、苯胺、联苯胺、己内酰胺的高效液相-色谱串联质谱方法。水样经0.22μm的滤膜过滤,通过ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1×150 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱。采用电喷雾电离(ESI),正离子多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。4种胺类物质在0.1~10μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限在0.003~0.045μg/L范围内。方法回收率在86.2%~112%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD))在0.80%~10%之间。
To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of acrylamide,aniline,benzidine and caprolactam in drinking water using high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry( HPLC-MS/MS) with direct injection. Water samples were filtrated with a 0. 22 μm Millipore filter and then injected and detected directly by HPLC-MS/MS. Chromatographic column used for separation was ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3( 2. 1 × 150 mm,1. 8 μm). Mobile phase were acetonitrile and water added 0. 1% formic acid,by gradient elution. Identification was achieved by electrospray ionization( ESI) in multiple reaction monitoring mode. Quantification was performed by the external standard calibration. A good linearity can be obtained in the range of 0. 1 - 10 μg/L for acrylamide, aniline and benzidine and caprolactam. The detection limits were from 0. 003 -0. 045 μg/L. The average recoveries were from 86. 2% to 112%,and the RSDs were from 0. 80% to10%.
