鼠药残留分析方法研究进展

Advance on the method for determination of rodenticide residue

综述了液液萃取、液液微萃取、固相萃取、加速溶剂萃取、分散固相萃取等传统及新型提取与净化技术在鼠药分析方法中的应用,比较分析了气相色谱、液相色谱、离子色谱、串联质谱、高分辨质谱以及薄层色谱、毛细管电泳、快速检测等检测仪器的适用范围及应用特点,展望了鼠药检测的发展方向。

In this paper,both traditional and newly-emerging ways of extraction and purification for the determination of rodenticides were summarized such as liquid-liquid extraction,liquid-liquid micro extraction,solid phase extraction,accelerated solvent extraction and dispersive solid phase extraction.Meanwhile,the applicability and feature of each instrument such as gas chromatography,liquidchromatography, tandem mass spectrometry, high-resolution mass spectrometry, thin layer chromatography,capillary electrophoresis and rapid analysis were compared and discussed. The future development for the determination method of rodenticides was also noted.
