摘要
测试了甘草酸二钾对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度,并研究了含0.2%甘草酸二钾的牙膏对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的抑菌作用及对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响。实验结果表明,甘草酸二钾对牙龈卟啉单胞菌具有抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度为1.875 g/L;含0.2%甘草酸二钾的牙膏具有抑制牙龈卟啉单胞菌的作用,抑菌环直径为20.5 mm;在二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的抗炎模型上,含0.2%甘草酸二钾的牙膏具有超过醋酸氟轻松软膏的效果。
Minimum inhibitory concentration of di - potassium glycyrrhizate on Porphyromonas gingivalis was tested and determined. Meanwhile, effectiveness of the toothpaste formulated with 0. 2% di - potassium glycyrrhizate on Porphyromonas gingivalis as well as the influence on inflammation of pinnae of mice induced by xylene were examined. Experimental results show that di -potassium glycyrrhizate displays inhibitory effect on Porphyromonas gingivalis, and the minimum inhibitory concentration is 1. 875 g/L. Average diameter of circle of scope of bacteriostasis of the toothpaste formulated with 0.2% di - potassium glycyrrhizate on Porphyromonas gingivalisis is 20. 5 mm. Furthermore, test conducted at the anti - inflammatory model of the pinnae of mice induced by xylene shows that, the toothpaste formulated with 0. 2% di - potassium glycyrrhizate is more effective than the positive control fluoeinonide ointment.
