原位采样离子化-离子迁移谱法测定化妆品中5种禁用香豆素类化合物 被引量:8

摘要 采用原位采样离子化及离子迁移谱技术,建立了化妆品中5种禁用香豆素类化合物的现场快速筛查方法。化妆品样品无需前处理,水剂类、唇膏类及散粉类化妆品样品直接滴加或涂抹于Grade 3MM型色谱纸上,滴加萃取溶剂,采用纸喷雾方式进行分析检测;乳液类、膏霜类及香波类化妆品样品经金属微电极直接蘸取,插入已充注萃取溶剂的玻璃毛细管内,采用萃取纳升喷雾方式进行分析检测。结果表明,5种香豆素类化合物的检出限为1~2.25 mg/kg,离子迁移分析时间均小于13 ms,单个样品的检测时间不超过30 s。对于疑似阳性样品,进一步采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法进行确证分析。 A rapid analytical method was established for the quick screening of five kinds of prohibited coumarin derivatives in cosmetics using ambient ionization coupled with ion mobility spectrometry. Without any pretreatment procedure, cosmetic samples of lotion, lipstick and powder were directly loaded onto a Grade 3 MM chromatography paper and extraction solvent was added for paper spray ionization;cosmetic samples of cream and shampoo were loaded with a metal microelectrode and inserted into glass capillary that was pre - filled with extraction solvent for extraction nano - electrospray analysis. Results show that,the limits of detection for the five kinds of coumarin derivatives are 1 - 2. 25 mg/kg. The instrumental analysis time for a single ion mobility spectrometry run is less than 13 ms,and the total period for sample analysis is less than 30 s. The suspicious positive samples are subjected to further verification by ultra - performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC - MS/MS).
