儿童口腔原发性浆母细胞淋巴瘤1例
Case report of idiopathic plasmablastic lymphoma of the oral cavity
摘要
浆母细胞淋巴瘤（plasmablastic lymphoma，PBL）是一种罕见的淋巴瘤，起源于终末分化的B淋巴细胞，是弥散大B淋巴细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）的一种特殊亚型，公开报道的患者至今不超过250例，其中仅17例为儿童，人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）阴性者更为少见。苏州大学附属儿童医院收治1例原发于口腔的HIV阴性PBL患儿，现报告如下，以提高临床医师对本病的认识。
