论“一带一路”倡议对区域经济一体化的影响

On the Impact of One Belt and One Road Initiative on Regional Economic Integration

区域经济一体化有助于实现区域间优势互补,扩大规模经济,降低交易成本。自"一带一路"倡议提出以来,中国国内各相关区域纷纷响应并付诸实施,已给区域经济一体化带来了一些积极的变化,开始逐步化解中国区域经济发展的不平衡性,对中国区域之间的融合发展起到强化作用,有利于区域经济的分层优化、因区施策。为了进一步发挥"一带一路"倡议对区域经济一体化的促进作用,应把既有各区域性国家战略实施地区有效地贯通起来,强化"一带一路"沿线"共享共赢""协同创新"思维,构建"一带一路"沿线地区法律法规和组织融合一体化格局,为"一带一路"沿线地区提供法律制度和组织保障。

Integration of regional economy facilitate complementarity and expand economy in scale,reduce cost of trading.Since the Belt and Road Initiative was first proposed,relevant areas in China actively respond to and put into action,even brought about some positive changes,which gradually neutralized previous imbalance development in different areas,strengthened integrated development among these areas,and are helpful for tiered optimization and specific measures.To further bring the role of One Belt and One Road Initiative into full play in terms of promoting regional economic integration,easy access among relevant areas should ensured,and notions of win-win as well as innovation also should be strengthened.On top of these,law and regulations as well as organizational management should also integrated together to provide legal and organizational safeguard to the One Belt and One Road Initiative.'One Belt and One Road Initiative'is the important national strategy,both the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to this initiative,in all aspects of support key,this also caused the attention of academic circles,at present a lot of research The Belt and Road'scholar,but studies are mostly confined to the strategic height and policy level,basic no study on'The Belt and Road'of regional economic integration affect the academic research,the author firstly explains the theoretical mechanism of regional economic integration from the theoretical mechanism of regional economic integration,and then from the'The Belt and Road'and discusses relations between and regional economic integration,and the construction of'The Belt and Road'strategic role the path of regional economic integration:the national and regional strategy integration,coordination mechanism of regional integration,the integration of industrial chain,regional economic integration by two-way channel,Ji Ping Taiwan fusion domain Five aspects of The Belt and Road strategy to promote the path of regional economic integration and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
