摘要
运用随机前沿方法和双重差分模型验证"一带一路"倡议对提升区域创新效率的作用,结果表明,"一带一路"倡议的实施可以促进要素合理流动,改善资源错配现状,加速区域经济一体化发展,最终会提高区域创新资源的投入产出效率。同时还发现,劳动者接受高等教育比例和技术市场的发展也对区域创新效率提升有显著作用。应深入贯彻实施"一带一路"倡议,加大创新型人才的培养力度,大力推动技术市场的发展。
On measuring the innovation efficiency in 30 provinces using the random frontier method and double difference model,the result show that One Belt and One Road Initiative on promoting regional innovation efficiency could significantly speed up key factor flow,improve resources allocation,pace up regional economy integration,eventually raise regional innovation resource return on investment.The research also found that the proportion of workers receiving higher education and technology market development also had significant impact on regional innovation efficiency.Therefore,there is a great need for implementation of One Belt and One Road strategy,increasing investment in higher education,improving the technology market.
