Extending review for electric power scientific journals

【目的】探索科技期刊行政监管式审读的提升空间和延伸审读的实施方法。【方法】结合电力科技期刊审读实践经验,概括和分析论文科学性、创新性、研究与应用价值的延伸审读方法。【结果】延伸审读的重点内容为创新性及价值判断、文题对应、内容结构、逻辑关系以及文献引用合理性分析,并提出了相应的审读策略。【结论】基于深度解剖论文开展的延伸审读,对科技期刊质量的提升有重要推动作用,审读模式拓展是有待深入探讨的课题。

[Purposes] This study aims to explore the improvement room in current administrative supervision model for electric power scientific journal review and the implementation method of journal extending review. [Methods] On the basis of the reviewing practical experiences in electric power scientific journals, the methods of extending review ing on scientificalness,innovation,value in research field and industry popularize were analyzed and generalized. [Findings] The major contents of extending review are innovation and value judgment,corresponding content and title,content structures,logic relationship and rational reference citations. The corresponding methods of extending review are proposed. [Conclusions] The extending review based on the paper anatomy has a promoting effect on the quality of scientific journals. The extension of review mode is a crucial topic in the future.
