肌注申捷结合综合康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床观察

Study the treatment of rehabilitation and Monosialotetrahexosylgangliosivle Sodium injection on hemiplegia

目的研究肌注申捷结合综合康复对脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能及日常生活活动能力的改善作用。方法把65例早期脑卒中偏瘫患者分成治疗组34例和对照组31例,两组患者均给予运动疗法、作业疗法常规康复训练,治疗组另配合每日肌注申捷注射剂20~40mg。在治疗前后均进行简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)评定及Barthel指数日常生活能力(ADL)评定。结果与治疗前比较,治疗组在治疗1个月后FMA和Barthel指数评分具有非常统计学差异(P﹤0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组在治疗后1个月的FMA和Barthel指数评分具有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。结论肌注申捷注射剂联合综合康复训练,对改善和恢复脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能、提高日常生活能力可取的显著的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the treatment of rehabilitation and Monosialotetrahexosylgangliosivle Sodium injection on hemiplegia. Methods 65 cases were divided into two groups, investigating group and control group. Investigating group received the treatment of rehabilitation and Monosialotetrahexosylgangliosivle Sodium injection（20~40mg） on hemiplegia while the control group received he treatment of rehabilitation on hemiplegia only. Compared the effect beween investigating group and control group after one month. Results Compared with the control group treatment, the scales of FMA,Barthel in investigating group are singnificantly difference（P﹤0.01）. Conclusion Rehabilitation and Monosialotetrahexosylgangliosivle Sodium injection on hemiplegia can effectively reduce limbs disturbance.
