从风邪探讨回纹型风湿病的中医辨治

Research on Palindromic Rheumatism Treatment of Chinese Medicine from Wind Evil

[目的]从风邪的致病特点及属性探讨回纹型风湿病的病因病机及证治思路。[方法]结合风邪的致病特点和回纹型风湿病的临床表现,探讨风邪在回纹型风湿病发病中的作用,并从风邪作为切入点指导其辨证分析、化裁用药,并探索其治疗效果。[结果]回纹型风湿病属于中医"行痹",在营卫虚弱的基础上,风邪为主挟带寒湿热之邪闭阻筋脉关节发为本病,营卫虚弱是其发病之本,风邪为主挟带寒湿热之邪侵犯是其发病之标。病性本虚标实,治疗上急性期以风为核心,祛风通络为主;缓解期以本为要,治疗上尤重调补营卫。[结论]本文以风为核心,从风邪的致病的角度对回纹型风湿病的病因病机进行分析与阐发,使回纹型风湿病的发病机制得以清晰,为回纹型风湿病的临床证治提供新的思路和方法。

[Objective]To investigate the pathogenesis and treatment of Chinese Medicine of palindromic rheumatism from characteristics of wind evil.[Methods] From combination of characteristics of wind evil and the clinical manifestations of palindromic rheumatism to discuss the role of wind evil in the pathogenesis of palindromic rheumatism,and from the wind as the breakthrough point, dialectical analysis and tailored medication,explore the treatment effect.[Results] Palindromic rheumatism belongs to migratory arthralgia,wind evil with cold, damp and heat evil block tendons and joints on the basis of Ying and Wei disorders,deficiency of nutrient qi and defensive qi is the basic pathogenesis of palindromic rheumatism,wind evil with with cold,damp and heat evil are standard of pathogenesis.The nature of the disease is the asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,dispelling wind and removing obstruction in the meridians is the core of treatment in the acute phase of palindromic rheumatism and strengthening yingfen and weifen is the core of in the catabatic phase of palindromic rheumatism.[Conclusion] Wind evil plays an important role in the pathogenesis of palindromic rheumatism,we from the characteristics of wind evil investigate the pathogenesis of palindromic rheumatism so that the pathogenesis of palindromic rheumatism is clear to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment.
