高考改革:刚性条件的坚守是确保教育公平的门阶条件——兼论素质教育与应试教育的应然与实然的关系 被引量:4

摘要 全面推进素质教育是我国教育改革和发展的战略。然而,在当前的教育实践中,素质教育主导下推出的一系列高考改革政策却伴随着教育不公平因素的产生。高考综合改革的"综合评价""多元录取"一旦脱离统一考试刚性录取条件,公平性将遭受重创,科学性也将沦为空谈。应试教育通过高考证明其存在的合理性,又以高考的刚性与精细选拔成为实现教育公平的门阶条件。素质教育与应试教育的应然与实然的背离是客观存在、长期存在的问题,这是中国现今国情诸多因素交互作用的结果,协调好两者的应然与实然之间的关系,在应然与实然间找寻一种有效的互认机制,才是缩短梦想与现实之间守望距离的应有之义。 Comprehensively promoting quality-oriented education is the strategy of education reform and development in our country. However, in the current educational practice, under the auspices of quality education, a series of College Entrance Examination reform policies are accompanied by the emergence of educational unfair factors. Once the comprehensive evaluation and multiple admission of the comprehensive reform of the College Entrance Examination are separated from the rigid admission conditions of the unified examination, fairness will suffer and there will be no scientific significance. Examination-oriented education is proved to be reasonable by College Entrance Examination and becomes basic condition to achieve education fairness by rigid and fine selection of College Entrance Examination. The deviation of the theoretical and practical relationship between qualityoriented education and examination-oriented education is an objective and long-standing problem. This is the result of the interaction of many factors in China. It's an essential part to shorten the distance between the dream and reality by coordinating the relation between the theory and practice then finding an effective mutual recognition mechanism.
