科举申遗的若干重大问题研究

Research of Some Important Issues on the Application for World Heritage of the Imperial Examination

科举遗产是最具中国特色的人类大成智慧和文明结晶。科举制度是迄今为止人类社会有史以来持续时间最长、参与规模最大、关联范围最广、公平性最佳、风险系数最高和盖棺定论最难的人才铨选系统。在透析科举申遗的重大时代背景下,分析备选项目及其利益关联方职能,探讨经费筹措机制,提出项目储备建议和程序化路线图,有望从实质上推动科举申遗从"纸上谈兵"走向"落地操作"。

The imperial examination heritage is the metasynthetic wisdom of human being and the crystallization of civilization in China.The imperial examination system was the talent selection system which had the longest duration, the largest participation, the most extensive scope, the best fairness, the highest risk coefficient and the most rigid evaluation of the human society in the past. Based on the analysis of the important era background of the application for World Heritage of the imperial examination and the alternative program as well as their stakeholder functions, this article discusses its funds mechanism and propose some project reserve suggestions as well as procedural roadmap,which can help the government to promote the application for World Heritage of the imperial examination from theory to practice.
