多媒体结合CBL教学模式在妇科优势病种规培生临床教学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过多媒体结合案例式教学模式,使规培生对妇科的优势病种有一定程度的掌握,为日后的临床工作奠定基础。方法规培生入科后让其进行妇科相关知识的视频学习,对4个优势病种自行学习,再结合案例分析使其加深理解,出科前进行优势病种的考试,并对考试结果及错误之处讲解。结果大部分规培生能接受多媒体联合案例式教学,并由此对妇科优势病种有一定的掌握。结论多媒体联合案例式教学模式在妇科优势病种的规培生教学中有积极作用,能提高学生的临床思维,提升带教老师综合素质。 Objective Try to make the standardized training residents know more about gynecological dominant diseases by CBL combined with multimedia teaching method.Methods After the standardized training residents enter gynecology,let them watch gynecological multimedia vedio,then studied four gynecological dominant diseases by themselves,improved their knowledge of gynecology by anglicizing dominant cases,tested them before they out of our department,at last,told them what is wrong.Results Most of them accepted the method and knew more about gynecological dominant diseases.Conclusion The multimedia teaching method in combination with CBL can arouse the enthusiasm of students learning,cultivate their clinical thinking,and improve their comprehensive quality,also can promote the improvement of teaching level.
