摘要
目的探讨鼻腔填塞模拟教学系统在住院医师培训的应用价值及可行性。方法 83名住院医生纳入分组教学的研究,传统教学组采用传统临床教学法,模拟教学组采用模拟教学法,教学结束后进行理论及实践考核,比较两组的教学效果。结果模拟教学组的鼻腔填塞操作考核优良率、动手能力及临床操作信心等方面高于传统教学组(P<0.01)。结论采用模拟教学方法可以提高住院医师鼻腔填塞操作的能力,缩短培训周期。
Objective To explore the application value and feasibility of nasal packing simulation teaching system in resident training.Methods A study of 83 residents in group teaching,traditional teaching group adopted traditional clinical teaching method,simulation teaching group adopted the simulation teaching method,after the end of teaching,theoretical andpractical assessment was carried out,and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the traditional teaching group(P〈0.01),the nasal cavity filling operation,good examination rate,practical ability and clinical operation confidence in the simulation teaching group were higher than that in the traditional teaching group.Conclusion The simulation teaching method can improve the capacity of the nasal filling operation of the residents and shorten the training cycle.
