新入职护士在病区规范化培训中的多元化策略分析

Analysis of Diversification Strategies of New Nursesin Standardized Training in Wards

目的观察分析新护士规范化培训中的多元化策略效果。方法将2014年6月—2015年5月我院新进的护士作为对照组,采用传统方法培训;同时将2015年6月—2016年5月新进的护士选为观察组,采用多元化策略培训。对照组与观察组护士均为40例。对比分析两组护士的考核成绩(理论、操作)以及自我评价情况。结果观察组护士的理论考核成绩为(85.64±5.16)分、操作考核成绩为(72.56±6.21)分,均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护士的各项自我评价评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在新护士规范化培训中,采用多元化策略进行培训的效果显著,有利于护士快速适应环境,效果显著。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of diversification strategy in standardized training of new nurses.Methods From June 2014 to May 2015,new nurses in our hospital were taken as the control group and trained by traditional methods;At the same time,the new nurses from June 2015 to May 2016 were selected as observation group and trained with diversified strategies.The nurses in the control group and the observation group were 40 cases.Examination scores（theory,operation） and selfevaluation of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The theoretical examination scores of the nurses in the observation group were（85.64±5.16） points,operation examination result was（72.56±6.21） points,were higher than the control group,P〈0.05;The self-evaluation scores of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion In the standardized training of new nurses,the effect of training with diversified strategies is significant,which is helpful for nurses to adapt to the environment quickly and the effect is remarkable.
