以执业医师考试为导向的临床教学改革初探

A Preliminary Study on the Reform of Clinical Teaching Based on Practice Examination

执业医师考试是行业准入考试,但随着近几年执业医师通过率普遍偏低,作为培养合格医学人才的地方性医学院校,提高执业医师通过率是当前首要任务。通过对近几年临床医学教育现状及存在的问题进行分析,认为加强院校阶段的本科医学教育、改革教学方法和重视临床实践教学等是以后通过执业医师考试的前期重要条件。随着当今社会对高素质医学人才的大量需求,院校应顺应形势发展,结合自身特点,加大培养学生在本科教育阶段对执业医师考试知识的掌握,以执业医师考试为导向,寻求临床医学教学改革的方法,培养出合格的临床执业医师,改善教学质量,提高教学水平。

Practicing physician examination is the industry access examination,but the pass rate the practice of doctors in recent years generallow,as a training of qualified medical personnel of local medical institutions,to improve the rate of practicing physician is the current primary task.Through the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of clinical medicine education in recent years,it is considered that strengthening the undergraduate medical education,reforming teaching methods and attaching importance to clinical practice teaching in the university stage are important prerequisites for the later period of practicing medical examination.With the large demand for high-quality medical talents in today＇s society,institutions should follow the development of the situation,combined with their own characteristics,increase the training of students in the undergraduate education stage of the knowledge of practitioners to master the examination to practice physician exam-oriented,teaching reform methods,training qualified clinical practitioners,improve the quality of teaching,improve the teaching level.
