摘要
目的研究探讨医护合作情境模拟教学在手术室护理中的应用。方法选取2017年进入我院手术室实习的80例手术室护理专业本科毕业生作为研究对象。以随机序号法为依据,将实习生分为对照组与观察组,每组各40人。其中对照组给予常规教学,观察组给予医护合作情境模拟教学。结果观察组学生理论成绩(93.21±2.13)分、实践技能考核成绩(92.11±3.11)分,均优于对照组;观察组学生医护合作能力、操作能力、人文关怀、沟通能力评分均高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论运用医护合作情境模拟教学能够有效提高手术室实习生学习效率,从而提高其理论与实际情成绩,及各项综合能力。
Objective To study the application of the situation simulation teaching of doctor nurse cooperation in operation room nursing.Methods80 operation room nursing graduates selected from our operation room in 2017 were taken as the research object.Based on the random number method,the interns were divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 40 people,control group was given routine teaching,observation group was given medical cooperation situation simulation teaching.Results Observation group students theoretical scores(93.21±2.13) points,practical skills assessment results was(92.11±3.11) points,whichwere better than the control group;The scores of medical cooperation ability,operation ability,humanistic care and communication ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The simulation teaching of doctor nurse cooperation situation can effectively improve the learning efficiency of operation room interns,so as to improve their theoretical and practical results and comprehensive abilities.
