摘要 目的探讨PBL教学法与传统教学法联合在超声科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2012年2月—2016年2月我院超声科110名医学影像技术专业实习生为研究对象,将2014年2月之前的55名实习生作为对照组,采用传统教学法教学,将2014年2月之后的55名实习生作为研究组,在对照组的基础上联合应用PBL教学法教学,实习结束后比较两组实习生的考核成绩及教学满意度。结果研究组实习生平均笔试成绩、操作成绩及对各项教学满意度均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法与传统教学法联合应用可有效提高教学效果及实习生满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method combined with traditional teaching method in clinical teaching of ultrasonic department. Methods From February 2012 to February 2016, 110 interns of medical imaging technology in our hospital were seclected, 55 interns before February 2014 were used as the control group, and the traditional teaching method was adopted, 55 interns after February 2014 were selected as the study group, and PBL teaching method was applied in combination with the control group, after the internship, the results of the two groups of trainees were compared and the teaching satisfaction was compared. Results The average test scores, operation results and satisfaction degree of each group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method can effectively improve teaching effectiveness and interns satisfaction.
