中、美医学生科研能力培养比较及其启示

Comparison of Scientific Research Ability Training Between Chinese and American Medical Students and Its Inspiration

新时代的临床工作者除了具备必需的医学知识和实践经验外,还需具备广泛的科学知识和对科学方法的基本了解。文章比较了中、美医学生科研能力培养的异同。相比于美国我们医学生科研训练起步晚,缺乏医学前教育和医学教育阶段针对性、系统性科研训练课程(或计划)。值得庆幸的是,目前我国医学生教育改革已经广泛开展,医学生的科学研究思维和能力的培训也已经在各大医学院校拉开帷幕,期待在不久的将来会有一整套符合我国国情、不断完善的、结合规范和个性化的医学科研训练模式出台。

The clinicians of the new era not only need solid medical knowledge and practical experiences,but also need a broad knowledge of science and a fundamental understanding of the scientific method.Here,we compares the similarities and differences of scientific research training programs for medical students between Chinese and American medical universities.Compared to the United States,scientific training for medical students began late in China.Since all the students were enrolled from high schools,the pre-medical college education is lack in Chinese medical students.Moreover,the targeted,systematic research training courses（plans） during medical education are lacking,as well.Fortunately,at present,the medical education reform has been widely carried out in China.The training program for scientific thing,reasoning and abilities have been started to be incorporated in the curriculum of many medical colleges in China.We are looking forward that we will have a set of standardizing and personalizing medical scientific research training models which conform to our country＇s national conditions in the near future.
