医院志愿服务机制与医务社会工作的本土化融合研究

Study on the Localization and Integration of Hospital Voluntary Service Mechanism and Medical Social Work

随着我国医药卫生改革工作的持续深入,近年来受到屡见报端的医疗纠纷问题影响,如何创新优化现有的医疗服务模式,改善医患关系,成为社会各界广泛关注的热点话题。医务社会工作就是在这一环境背景下被提出的一种改革措施,侧重于通过医院志愿服务的方式,提高医院的服务水平和品质,突显医院的公益性质,从而实现医患关系的缓和优化。但医务社会工作在本土化的过程中,还面临着一定的问题和阻碍,文章从国内外医务社会工作的发展现状入手,就国内医务社会工作及医院志愿服务的本土化融合措施,发表几点看法,以供相关单位参考。

With the deepening of the reform of medical and health care in China,in recent years,the problems of medical disputes frequently seen in newspapers have been affected,how to innovate and optimize the existing medical service model and improve the relationship between doctors and patients has become a hot topic of widespread concern in the community.Medical social work is a reform measure put forward in this environment,focusing on the way of voluntary service through the hospital,to improve the service level and quality of the hospital,and to highlight the public welfare nature of the hospital,so as to achieve the relaxation and optimization of the doctor-patient relationship.However,in the process of localization,medical social work is still faced with some problems and obstacles,this article starts with the current situation of medical social workat home and abroad,some suggestions on the localization and integration of medical social work and voluntary services in China are made for reference by relevant units.
