摘要 目的分析冠心病患者在临床上采用冠状动脉CTA和冠状动脉造影诊断的价值。方法随机抽取我院2014年1月—2015年1月来收治的冠心病患者40例进行两种诊断方法对比分析,根据患者入院诊治顺序,将40例患者均分2组,对比分析两组患者的临床诊断结果,分析冠状动脉CTA与冠状动脉造影诊断的诊断相符度。结果 40例冠心病患者的冠状动脉CTA诊断结果显示,其与冠状动脉造影相符度较高。结论冠状动脉CTA在冠心病患者群体的临床诊断中有较高的应用价值,相较冠状动脉造影诊断而言花费低廉。 Objective To analyze the clinical value of coronary CTA and coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods From January 2014 to January 2015,40 patients with coronary heart disease were selected in our hospital,and made a comparative analysis of two diagnostic methods,according to the different diagnostic methods used in the clinical diagnosis,40 patients were divided into 2 groups,clinical diagnosis of the two groups was compared and analyzed,diagnostic accuracy of coronary CTA and coronary angiography was analyzed.Results The results of coronary CTA diagnosis in 40 patients with coronary artery disease showed a high agreement with coronary angiography.ConclusionCoronary artery CTA is of high value in the clinical diagnosis of coronary artery disease patients,and is less expensive than coronary angiography diagnosis.
