小骨窗血肿抽吸术治疗幕上高血压脑出血患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Small Bone Window Hematoma Aspiration in the Treatment of Patients With Supratentorial Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察小骨窗血肿抽吸术治疗幕上高血压脑出血患者的临床效果。方法将本院收治的88例幕上高血压脑出血患者作为本研究中的观察对象,选取时间均为2015年4月—2016年4月。使用数字表法将患者分为对照组与实验组两组,每组44例。对照组使用传统骨瓣开颅血肿清除术治疗,观察组患者采用小骨窗血肿抽吸术治疗。将两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及并发症发生的情况进行对比分析。结果治疗后,观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均较对照组更佳(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小骨窗血肿抽吸术用于治疗幕上高血压脑出血患者的效果较为可观,安全性高。

Objective Observation on small bone window hematoma aspiration in the treatment of patients with supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods From April 2015 to April 2016,88 patients with supratentorial hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital were included,they were divided into two groups：the control group and the experimental group,with 44 cases in each group,control group was treated with traditional bone flap craniotomy and hematoma evacuation,observation group were treated with small bone window hematoma aspiration treatment.The operation time,the amount of bleeding,the time of hospitalization and the complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results After treatment,the operation time,the amount of bleeding and the length of stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P〈0.05;The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Small bone window hematoma aspiration in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with high safety are considerable.
