电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻咽喉病变临床诊治中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Electronic Nose and Throat in the Diagnosis and Treatment of ENT Diseases

目的观察电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻咽喉病变临床诊治中的应用效果。方法随机选择2016年12月—2017年5月我院收治的耳鼻咽喉病变患者100例作为研究对象,并按照抽签顺序分为2组,各50例,研究组予以电子鼻咽喉镜检查,对照组予以额镜检查,比较2组的诊断结果准确率。结果研究组的鼻咽部确诊率、耳部确诊率和喉部确诊率均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻咽喉病变临床诊治中的应用效果显著,可有效提高确诊准确率和临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of electronic nose and throat on the diagnosis and treatment of ENT diseases.Methods From December 2016 to May 2017,100 cases of otorhinolaryngology in our hospital were selected as the object of study,they were divided into 2 groups according to the drawing order,50 cases in each group,study group was given anelectronic nose and throat scan,control group was examined by frontal microscope,the diagnostic accuracy of the 2 groups was compared.Results The diagnostic rate of nasopharynx in the study group,diagnostic rate of ears and the rate of throat diagnosis were higher than those of the control group,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of electronic nose and throat mirror in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ENT diseases is remarkable,and it can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis and clinical treatment effect.
