丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠、辛伐他汀联合治疗冠心病的效果分析

Analysis of Tanshinone ⅡA Sulfonate,Combined With Simvastatin Treatment for Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合辛伐他汀治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的效果。方法选取2015年6月—2017年6月收治的86例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组患者单独给予辛伐他汀治疗,观察组患者给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合辛伐他汀治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的69.77%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液、辛伐他汀治疗的效果显著。

Objective To analysis the effect of tanshinone ⅡA sodium injection combined with simvastatin in the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods From June 2015 to June 2017,86 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were treated,they divided into two groups according to the random number table,the control group were treated with simvastatin alone,observation group was treated with tanshinone ⅡA sodium injection and simvastatin treatment,clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was 95.35%,higher than the control group 69.77%,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion Coronary heart disease combined with tanshinone ⅡA sodium injection,and simvastatin treatment effect significantly.
