化疗与沙参麦冬汤加减联合治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

Advanced Chemotherapy and Shashen Maidong Decoction Combined With the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察与探究化疗与沙参麦冬汤加减联合治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法选取2014年4月—2017年4月于本院就诊及治疗的60例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例,对照组患者给予TP化疗方案或者GP化疗方案,观察组患者给予化疗的基础上增加沙参麦冬汤加减治疗,对比并分析两组患者的效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率56.67%,与对照组患者30.00%对比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的不良反应总发生率6.67%,与对照组患者26.67%对比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采取化疗与沙参麦冬汤加减联合治疗的效果较好。

Objective To observe and explore the efficacy of advanced chemotherapy and Shashen Maidong decoction combined with the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From April 2014 to April 2017,60 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients were treated and treated in our hospital as the subjects,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table,30 cases in each group,the control group were given either TP chemotherapy or GP chemotherapy,the observation group were given chemotherapy based on the increase of shashen maidong decoction,the effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 56.67% in the observation group and 30% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,compared with 26.67% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy and take good Shashen Maidong decoction combined with therapeutic effect.
