艾迪注射液和顺铂胸腔内灌注治疗肺癌并恶性胸水的效果

Effect of Intrapleural Injection of Addie and Cisplatin in the Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion and Malignant Pleural Effusion

目的探讨艾迪注射液联合顺铂对肺癌合并恶性胸水患者进行胸腔内灌注治疗的疗效。方法选择2013年1月—2015年1月我院肺癌晚期合并恶性胸水患者30例,随机均分为观察组和对照组,各15例。对照组采用顺铂行胸腔内灌注,观察组在此基础上加艾迪注射液行胸腔内灌注。结果观察组治疗有效率93.3%,高于对照组60.0%,比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论艾迪注射液联合顺铂对肺癌合并恶性胸水患者行胸腔内灌注治疗效果确切。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Addie injection combined with cisplatin in the treatment of pleural effusion in patients with lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion.Methods From January 2013 to January 2015,30 cases with malignant pleural effusion in advanced stage of lung cancer in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 15 cases.Control group was treated with cisplatin perfusion,observation group was injected with Addie injection on the basis of this method.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,higher than that of the control group 60.0%,and the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion Addie injection combined with cisplatin is effective in the treatment of pleural effusion in patients with lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion.
