老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后早期康复的临床探讨

Clinical Study of Early Rehabilitation After Total Hip Replacement in Elderly Patients With Femoral Neck Fracture

目的探讨早期康复护理在老年股骨颈骨折行髋关节置换患者术后治疗中应用价值。方法选择2013年12月-2016年12月前来我院诊治的40例行髋关节置换术的老年股骨颈骨折患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各20例,对照组患者进行常规干预模式,对研究组患者行早期康复干预方法。治疗结束后,观察两组患者术后髋关节功能恢复的状况,对两组患者平均住院时间、术后不同时段VAS评分以及患者对本次护理服务满意度进行比较分析。结果研究组患者平均住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后2周与术后1个月的VAS评分均明显小于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者Harris评分相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复干预措施在行全髋关节置换术的老年股骨颈骨折患者上的应用,可减缩住院时间,强化临床治疗与预后效果。

Objective To investigate the value of early rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing hip replacement.Methods From December 2013 to December 2016,40 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated with hip replacement in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,20 cases in each group,control group underwent routine intervention,study group received early rehabilitation intervention.After the end of treatment,functional recovery of the hip joint in two groups was observed,average hospitalization time,postoperative VAS score and the satisfaction degree of the nursing service between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The average hospitalization time of the patients in the study group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;VAS scores of the patientsin the study group 2 weeks after operation and 1 month after operation were significantly smaller than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The difference of Harris score between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early rehabilitation interventions for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures with total hip replacement can reduce hospital stay,and strengthen clinical treatment and prognosis.
