急诊护理路径在急性心肌梗死抢救过程中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Emergency Nursing Pathway in the Rescue of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨急诊护理路径在急性心肌梗死抢救过程中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者共117例,对照组为2016年1—3月来我院进行治疗的急性心肌梗死患者共32例,按急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死临床路径护理,研究组为2016年6—11月来我院进行治疗急性心肌梗死患者共85例,按广东省三级甲等医院评审标准的急诊六大病种中的急性心肌梗死护理路径走绿色通道,比较两组急诊停留时间、住院时间。结果研究组急诊停留时间、住院时间与对照组比较更短,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理路径在急性心肌梗死抢救过程中应用效果较好,能缩短患者的急诊停留时间、住院时间。

Objective To explore the application effect of emergency nursing pathway in the rescue of acute myocardial infarction.Methods 117 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,control group consisted of 32 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated from January to March 2016,were treated clinical pathway nursing of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,study group treated 85 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from June to November 2016,according to the evaluation standard of Guangdong three grade a hospital,the nursing route of acute myocardial infarction in the six major diseases was taken ＂green channel＂,the emergency stay and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The emergency stay time and length of stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.ConclusionEmergency nursing pathway has better application effect in the rescue process of acute myocardial infarction,it can shorten the emergency stay time and hospitalization time.
