手术室护理路径在腔镜胆囊切除术中的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Operation Room Nursing Pathway in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的研究分析手术室护理路径在腔镜胆囊切除术中的临床护理效果。方法选取2016年1—12月在我院接受腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的162例患者作为研究对象。以护理方法为依据,将患者随机对照组与观察组,每组各81例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予手术室护理路径护理。结果观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后疼痛感评分、住院时间优于对照组;观察组患者不良反应发生率为1.23%,低于对照组患者不良反应发生率18.5%。结论将手术室护理路径运用于腔镜胆囊切除术中可以有效提高手术效果。

Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of operation room nursing pathway in laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）.Method From January to December 2016,162 patients were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected as the subjects of the study,on the basis of nursing methods,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the observation group,81 cases in each group,control group was treated routine nursing,and the observation group was treated nursing route nursing in operation room.Results The blood loss,operation time,postoperative pain score and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.23%,which was lower than that in the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was 18.5%.Conclusion The application of operation room nursing pathway in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improve the operation effect.
