摘要
目的对临床护理路径在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者治疗过程中应用的可行性进行分析。方法选择2015年1月—2016年12月期间我院收诊的急性冠脉综合征患者42例,分为研究组采用临床护理路径与对照组采用常规护理模式,各21例,对两组患者临床治疗效果进行对比。结果出院后两组住院天数与医疗纠纷发生率均少于对照组;研究组患者SAS评分为(46.23±4.23)分,SDS评分为(44.27±4.34)分,对照组SAS评分(52.46±7.24)分、SDS评分(51.62±7.07)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径护理模式在急性冠脉综合征患者治疗期间的应用,能够减缩患者住院时间,患者患者焦躁紧张情绪,提高对临床治疗的依从性。
Objective To analyze the feasibility of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,42 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to our hospital were selected,they were divided into the study group,the study group were treated clinical nursing pathway,and the control group were treated with conventional nursing mode,each with 21 cases,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter discharge,the hospital stay and medical disputes in the two groups were less than those in the control group;The SAS score of the patients in the study group was（46.23±4.23） points,and the SDS score was（44.27±4.34） points,control group SAS score（52.46±7.24） score,SDS score（51.62±7.07） points,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion During the application of clinical nursing path in patients with acute coronary syndrome treatment,hospitalization time reduction to patients,patients with anxiety tension,improve the compliance of clinical treatment.
