摘要
目的分析舒适护理模式对腹部术后患者疼痛的影响。方法选取2014年2月—2016年12月收治的84例行腹部手术治疗的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予舒适护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组护理后的VAS评分显著低于对照组,舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论舒适护理模式有利于提高腹部术后患者舒适度,并且还能够将其疼痛度减轻。
Objective To analyze the influence of comfortable nursing mode on pain after abdominal operation.Methods From February 2014 to December 2016,84 cases of abdominal surgery patients in our hospital were selected as the subjects,they were divided into two groups by random number table,the control group received routine care,the observation group were given comfortable care,the effect of two groups of nursing was compared.Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the comfort degree was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion The comfortable nursing mode can improve the comfort of patients after abdominal operation,and also reduce the pain degree.
