老年白内障患者心理情绪及并发症护理干预效果观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Psychological,Emotional and Complications in Senile Cataract Patients

目的分析护理干预对老年白内障患者的心理情绪及并发症发生率的效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年4月来我院进行就诊的60例老年白内障患者,按照入院先后顺序随机分成两组,分别为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规护理进行护理,研究组则是在常规护理的基础上,针对患者施行心理护理。对两组患者护理情况以及术后并发症几率进行比较分析。结果研究组患者SDS、SAS评分降低效率优于对照组,P<0.05,手术后患者并发症几率与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论心理护理对老年白内障患者的的不良心理情绪起着良好的改善作用,且减少了手术后的并发症几率,提高患者的康复水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the mental,emotional and complication rate of senile cataract patients.Methods From March 2016 to April 2017,60 elderly patients with cataract in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided intotwo groups according to the order of admission,respectively into study group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing care,study group was administered psychological care for patients on the basis of routine care.Nursing situation and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The SDS and SAS scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P〈0.05.The complication rate after operation was compared with that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion Psychological nursing has a great improvement on the adverse mental and emotional symptoms of senile cataract patients,and reduces the postoperative complications and improves the rehabilitation level of the patients.
