肺栓塞的抗栓治疗：面对基础疾病及临床复杂情况的抽丝剥茧

摘要 肺栓塞是内源性或外源性栓子阻塞肺动脉引起肺循环功能障碍的临床和病理生理综合征。其中肺血栓栓塞是肺栓塞最常见的类型，占肺栓塞中的绝大多数，故通常所称的肺栓塞即指肺血栓栓塞。肺栓塞合并基础疾病非常常见，且这些基础疾病常常就是肺栓塞的诱因或危险因素。合并的基础疾病越多、越复杂，发生肺栓塞的可能性就越大。
