生产工艺参数对动力电池壳用3003-H14铝合金带材制耳率影响 被引量:7

摘要 试验研究了主要生产工艺参数对动力电池壳用3003-H14铝合金带材制耳率及织构的影响。结果表明,提高热轧终轧温度,降低中间退火前冷轧加工率,在原有中间退火前增加一次退火,均有利于增加3003-14铝合金带材立方织构的含量,减小材料的各向异性,降低深冲制耳率。其试验工艺参数可为生产3003-14铝合金带材时控制制耳率及织构提供参考。 The earing ratios and texture of 3003-H14 Al-alloy strips for power battery shells were tested with different main production parameters. The result show that when the finishing temperature is elevated in hot rolling, the cold processing ratio is decreased before intermediate annealing, or one more annealing is added before the original annealing, then the cubic texture will become more, anisotropy will be smaller, and the deep-impact earing ratio will be reduced in the 3003-H14 Al-alloy strips. These parameters will provide a reference for the control of earing ratio and texture in production of 3003-H14 Al-alloy strips.
