摘要
对汽车空调用半固态成形的Al-Si-Mg-V-Ti-Sr合金进行了成分优化,并进行了高温冲击性能和高温磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明,合金元素V、Ti和Sr的质量分数分别优选为0.6%、0.4%、0.4%。与Al-7Si-0.4Mg半固态成形合金相比,Al-7Si-0.4Mg-0.6V-0.4Ti-0.4Sr半固态成形合金的300℃高温冲击吸收功增大了125%,300℃高温磨损体积减小了72%,合金的高温冲击性能和高温磨损性能得到显著改善。
Optimization has been conducted on the chemical compositions of the semi-solid Al-TSi-0.4Mg-V-Ti-Sr alloy for automotive air conditioning. The impact property and wear resistance were tested and analyzed at high temperature. The results show that the optimized mass fractions of alloy elements V, Ti and Sr are 0.6% , 0.4% and 0.4% , respectively. The impact property and wear resistance of the semi-solid alloy Al-7Si-0.4Mg-0.6V-0.4Ti- 0.4St at high temperature are notably improved. The impact absorption energy of Al-7Si-0.4 Mg-0.6V-0.4Ti-0.4Sr semi-solid alloy at 300℃ is increased by 125% and the wear volume is decreased by 72% than those of the semi-solid alloy Al-7Si-O. 4Mg.
