指出了植物激素是植物体内天然存在的一系列痕量有机化合物,对于调节植物的各种生长发育过程和环境应答具有非常重要的作用,因此对植物激素进行准确地定性定量分析是一项艰巨而意义重大的任务。就近年来植物激素的理化分析方法研究进展进行了综述。

Phytohormones are a series of trace organic compounds synthesized in plants.They exert profound and divers effects on plant growth,development and environmental response.The plant hormones determination technology was an important tool to study their regulatory activity in the plant life.Accordingly,the accurate and reliable quantitative analysis of phytohormones has been one of the primary challenges in the plant research field.This article reviewed the physicochemical determination of plant hormones in recent years.
