Knowledge to Action： Achieving the Promise of Equal Educational Opportunity is the theme of 2017 American Educational Research Association（AERA） Annual Meeting, which was held in San Antonio of the United States. On the basis of reviewing the topics in this conference, the relevant contents related to the educational technology can be comprehensively interpreted from the three perspectives of teaching and learning, technology and evaluation, which can help us understand the front-end ideas in the field of educational research, so as to provide reference and guidance for the development of educational technology and the collaborate of cross-disciplinary.
