胃肠道生物黏附给药系统是指利用黏附性材料与胃、肠黏膜黏液层/上皮细胞之间的生物黏附作用,延长药物滞留时间或特定部位作用时间的给药系统,在药物的口服给药方面具有广阔的应用前景。本文对胃肠道生物黏附的优势、新型的生物黏附材料、体内外评价方法及其当前应用进展进行综述,旨在为新型口服药物传递系统的研究开发提供新的思路和方法。

Gastrointestinal bioadhesion drug delivery system（GBDDS） has broad application prospect in oral administration due to its adhesion to a mucus or the surface of epithelial cells, which may prolong the residence time or action time at specific parts. This paper summarizes the bioadhesion advantages, principles, evaluation methods and recent application advances in GBDDS, and hopes to provide the strategy and rationale for the development of new oral formulation.
