武当山区市售重楼药材皂苷含量分析

Content determination of polyphyllins in paris polyphylla commercially available in Wudang mountain

目的通过分析市售中药重楼饮片中重楼皂苷类成分的含量,评价中药市场上重楼饮片质量,为中药重楼的生产、经销、使用和监管提供参考依据。方法收集武当山区(以湖北省十堰市为主)医院、药店中重楼饮片样品,采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中重楼皂苷的含量。色谱柱为Waters Atlantis T3(150 mm×4.6 mm,3μm);检测波长:203 nm;流动相:水-乙腈,梯度洗脱;进样量:10μL;流速:1 mL·min^(-1);柱温:30℃。结果市售重楼饮片中重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ总含量差异明显;23个样本中有6个含量未达到2015年版中国药典规定标准,合格率为73.9%。结论重楼药材质量参差不齐,需要对中药重楼的生产、经销进行严格监管。

Objective To evaluate paris polyphylla quality on the market by analyzing the contents of polyphyllins and provide reference for the production, distribution, use and regulation of traditional Chinese medicine-paris polyphylla. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of polyphyllins in paris polyphylla, collected from hospitals and drugstores in Wudang mountain areas. HPLC was used with Waters Atlantis T3（150 mm×4.6 mm, 3 μm） column. The acetonitrile-water was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The injection volume 10 μL. The column temperature 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength 203 nm. Results The total content of polyphyllin Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅵ, and Ⅶ is different in commercially available paris polyphylla. Six samples failed to reach the standard according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2015） and the qualification rate was 73.9%. Conclusion The quality of commercial availble paris polyphylla is very different indicating the urgent need for comprehensive quality control and supervision.
