摘要
采用溶剂热法制备了具有纳米结构的SnO_2纳米材料.通过改变浓度,反应时间和反应温度等条件来得到了多种形貌的SnO_2纳米材料.并采用X—射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试手段对产物的物相,形貌进行了表征.实验结果表明:制备过程中氢氧化钠的量,反应时间和反应温度对产物的形貌具有一定影响,尤其是原材料四氯化锡与氢氧化钠摩尔浓度比对产物形貌具有极大的影响.
Nanostructured SnO_2 nanomaterials were prepared using a solvent thermal method and varying factors such as the concentration,reaction time and reaction temperature. The resultant SnO_2 nano-materials exhibit a variety of morphologies. The product phase and morphology of the products was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The amount of sodium hydroxide,reaction time and reaction temperature and tin tetrachloride of raw materials had an influence on the product morphology especially the sodium hydroxide molar ratio.
