摘要 冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)已成为急性心肌梗死病人治疗的首选,对于有血流动力学改变和心源性休克的病人,手术风险和死亡率会升高,主动脉球囊反搏术是一种机械性辅助循环方法,对衰竭的心脏起到辅助作用,增加心肌供血,稳定血流动力学,改善心功能.两者联合应用,提高急诊病人生存率,降低死亡率,具有显著效果. Interventional therapy has become the first choice for patients with acute myocardial infarction. For patients with hemodynamic changes and cardiogenic shock,the surgical risk and mortality will increase. Intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP)is a mechanical circulatory support method,has auxiliary effect on heart failure. It can increase myocardial blood supply,stable hemodynamics and improve heart function. The combination of the two methods has a significant effect on improving survival rate of emergency patients and reducing the mortality rate.
