高职院校青年教师发展需求与发展路径研究

A Study on the Development Needs and Development Paths of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校青年教师群体处于职业成长期,其职业发展方式与职业发展途径,需要进行系统而科学的规划。从高职院校教育建设与发展的角度,分析青年教师的职业特点与职业环境,并指出青年教师在工作中存在的问题,进而提出青年教师自身发展与高职院校教育建设的大背景结合的发展途径与具体发展办法。

The young teacher groups in vocational colleges are in the period of professional growth, and their career development methods and career development paths need to be systematically and scientifically planned. This paper analyzes the occupational characteristics and occupational environment of young teachers from the perspective of the construction and development of higher vocational colleges, and points out the problems of young teachers in their work. This paper puts forward the development paths and concrete methods of young teachers＇ own development, combined with the background of educational construction in higher vocational colleges.
