“双创”背景下《管理定量分析》课程教学改革研究——以H大学管理类专业为例

Research on the Teaching Reform of Quantitative Analysis for Management Against the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship——A Case Study of Management Specialty in H University

当前《管理定量分析》课程建设面临诸多现实困境。双创时代要求《管理定量分析》课程必须打造"定量思维—经济管理理论—现实问题"之间的桥梁,激发学生的学习兴趣,重视定量分析理念的培养与软件工具的利用,培养学生的专业敏感性与分析解决问题能力。H大学在面向双创时代的《管理定量分析》课程教学改革上进行了有益的尝试:构建"融合贯通"式教学模式,搭建相应的教学配套体系,探索有利于双创的课外实践模式和教学评价机制。

The teaching system of Management Quantitative Analysis is faced with a lot of realistic predicaments. A bridge of ＂Quantitative thinking-economic management theory-reality＂ is required to be built against the background of innovation and entrepreneurship. It should stimulate students＇ interest in learning, attach importance to the cultivation of quantitative analysis and the use of software tools, and cultivate students＇ professional sensitivity and analytical problem-solving skills. H University has carried out beneficial reform on the teaching system of Management Quantitative Analysis against the background of innovation and entrepreneurship： constructing the teaching model of ＂integration and penetration＂, setting up the corresponding teaching system and exploring the man- agement of extracurricular practice mode and teaching evaluation mechanism.
