生态系统视域下高职院校创业教育管理研究

Research on the Management of Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Ecosystem

改革开放以来,我国的城市化进程变得越来越快,推动我国的产业结构需要不断优化升级。生活水平的提高,使人们对教育的重要性有了更为深刻的认识。为了满足社会对于教育的需求,我国大部分高校实行了扩招政策。但是高校的教育扩招,使得大量毕业生在完成学业后,无法及时地进行正常的就业。毕业生的就业问题,逐渐成为了我国社会主义发展过程中,一个比较棘手而又必须解决的问题。为了有效地解决大学生的就业问题,对高校学生进行创业教育,已经成为了社会和时代发展的必然要求。从生态系统视域下高职院校科技创业教育的含义出发,论述生态系统视域与高职院校学生创业之间的关系,最后提出生态系统视域下高职院校的创业教育的实施路径。

The process of urbanization has become rapid since reform and opening up, promoting the continuous update of industrial structure in China. The improvement of living standard deepens people＇s understanding of the importance of education. In order to meet the social demand of education, most colleges implement the policy of enlarged enrollment, only to find quantities of graduates can not get employed. Graduates＇ employment has gradually become a tough issue that needs urgent solution. In order to effectively solve the employment problem of college students, entrepreneurship education for college students has become an inevitable requirement of the development of society and the times. From the perspective of ecosystem, this paper starts from the meaning of science and technology entrepreneurship education in higher vocational college, discusses the relationship between ecosystem perspective and students＇ entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges, and finally proposes the implementation path of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of ecosystem.
