摘要
城乡教育教学水平的差距表现在义务教育阶段教师教学的总体水平差异,而城乡教育教学总体水平差异主要体现在教育教学理念、人生价值观、教育教学方法以及课程资源的合理利用与开发等方面。所以为了有效地提高乡村教育教学质量与总体水平,教育政策应当侧重于乡村教学,并给予相应的教学资源补贴。除此之外,城市优秀教师也应当积极前往乡村支援乡村教育事业,从而有效地提高乡村教育教学质量,缩小城乡教育差距,从而实现城乡义务教育均衡发展。
The gap between urban and rural teaching level is reflected in the difference of overall teaching level in compulsory education, and difference between urban and rural overall teaching level is mainly reflected in the education teaching, idea, life values, teaching methods and the rational use and development of curriculum resources. So in order to effectively improve the teaching quality and the overall level of rural education, the education policy should focus on rural teaching, and give corresponding subsidy; in addition, urban outstanding teachers should actively support rural education to effectively improve the teaching quality of rural education, and narrow the gap between urban and rural education so as to achieve balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas.
