基于标杆经验的高校心理咨询中心的建设策略

Construction Strategies of University Mental Health Counseling Center Based on Benchmarking Experience

采用内容分析法、问卷调查、访谈等方法,总结美国一流高校心理咨询中心建设经验,找出我国高校大学生心理咨询中心建设的薄弱环节。研究发现,我国高校心理咨询中心建设在服务理念、人员配置、服务内容与方式等方面都与美国高校存在较大差距。我国可借鉴美国的先进经验,在心理咨询中心建设上应关注生命个体差异,激发生命发展潜能;优化工作机制,加强专业化管理;贴近学生生活,丰富教育咨询内容与活动形式。

This paper uses content analysis, questionnaire method and interview to summarize American experience of constructing the mental health counseling center and points out the weak link of the mental health counseling center construction in China. Results show ： there are great differences between Chinese universities＇ construction of the mental health counseling centers and that of American top universities in terms of service concept, personnel arrangement and service content and method. We should learn from American counterparts＇ advanced experience： focus on individual life difference and motivate life potential, optimize work mechanism and strengthen specialization management, and keep pace with students＇ life and enrich counseling contents and activity forms.
