摘要 TBL、CBL和PBL多种教学模式的综合应用符合当代教学改革的要求和趋势。学生积极主动参与到教与学的过程中,提高了自主学习的意识,培养了学生在学习中发现问题、解决问题的能力。教师在这个过程中需要把理论知识及临床实际有机的结合在一起,临床情景问题设计使教与学更有的放矢,进一步提高了学生的学习效率,训练了临床思维、提高了临床技能。主要探讨了以情景问题设计为中心的多种模式教学在呼吸系统影像学习中的具体应用并总结了效果和体会。 The application of TBL, CBL and PBL conforms to the requirements and trends of contemporary teaching reform. Students actively participate in the process of teaching and learning, raise the awareness of independent learning, and cultivate students' ability to find problems and solve problems in their study. The teachers in this process need to combine the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice together, clinical scenario design make teaching and learning more targeted, to further improve the efficiency of learning and clinical skills and clinical thinking. This paper mainly discusses the application of multi-mode teaching centered on scenario design in the study of respiratory system image, and summarizes the effect and experience.
