摘要
目的探讨家庭功能教育对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响。方法通过脑卒中家庭康复护理相关知识宣教、家庭康复训练指导、心理护理教育等途径提高脑卒中患者家庭功能,采用家庭功能评定量表(FAD)评估干预前后患者的家庭功能,采用脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SSQOL)评估干预前后患者的生活质量。结果家庭功能教育干预后,患者家庭功能提高,患者的精力、家庭角色、活动功能、情绪、自理能力等指标明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭功能教育能提高脑卒中患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of family function education on stroke patient's life quality. Methods The family fimction of stroke patients were improved by nursing knowledge education, family rehabilitation training and guidance, psychological care education methods. Patients were assessed by the scale for family functioning assessment scale (FAD) and the quality of life scale dedicated stroke (SS-QOL). Results The energy, family role, activity function, emotion, self-care ability of stroke patients were improved significantly after the family function education were implemented, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Family function education could promote the improvement of stroke patient's life quality.
