摘要
针对工业现场串行设备种类多,无统一通信协议,无网络接口,远端上层系统无法通过以太网获取现场实时数据等问题,本文提出了一种自由口通信网关,详细介绍了硬件结构设计、软件设计及配置设计,并且对串口→端口映射方法、数据存储方法及现场网关集中管理方法等关键技术进行了研究,同时结合现场应用证明,此网关能够满足远端系统通过以太网与多个串行终端设备进行数据转换与传输的需求,并且部署简单、维护方便,运行稳定。
In order to solve the problem that remote system unable to get real-time data through network, because of lots of serial device without unified communication protocol and network interface in industrial field, the text present a free port communication gateway, implementation it with hardware, software design and configuration design. And research on the key technologies such as serial→port mapping method, data storage and centralized management; Also combined with field application proved, it can satisfy the requirement of data conversion and transmission with multi serial devices through internet, and it is simple deployment, easy maintenance and with long-time stable operation.
